My name is Nadine Jans
I am a registered clinical counsellor in Vancouver, a disordered eating and body coach, and a psychologist in the Netherlands. I have been practicing for 19 years.
I struggled with depression, shame, guilt, anxiety, anger and binge eating myself, I deeply understand what it is like to struggle in life.
